Kevin Cooper, CFA President - Carriage House Wealth / Carriage House Capital

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in wealth management, most recently as a Portfolio Manager at RBC Dominion Securities where he oversaw a book of private client investments of over $600 Million. Kevin was a member of RBC’s prestigious Chairmans Council, he was directly responsible for financial planning, investment strategy, and trading execution for some of Canada’s wealthiest families. Kevin holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is fully licensed to manage investments on a discretionary basis as a fiduciary. He is also fully licensed to trade in options & derivatives and specializes in bespoke structured financial solutions & hedges.
Kevin is very active in his community as a trustee of The Aune Foundation, a large charitable organization focused on brain health, cancer therapies, and hospital equipment donation. Kevin is also a trustee of the 11:11 Foundation, which acts as an "angel investor" to other charities, helping them to become self sufficient in fund raising.

Rod Bolger RBC Chief Financial Officer CFO (Retired)

Rod is a financial services executive with over 30 years of experience overseeing financial operations for global organizations. A strategic leader with deep financial acumen across retail, corporate, wealth, and capital markets. Rod was CFO of RBC, Canada’s largest bank and the ninth largest bank in the world by market capitalization. Prior to RBC, Rod served in senior finance roles at Bank of America & Citigroup, including as CFO for BAC’s unit responsible for technology and operations across the enterprise, representing nearly $20 billion of annual spend. Previously, he spent over a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the U.S. and the U.K., including significant M&A and IPO transaction and advisory work. Passionate about making a difference in the community, Rod is a member of the Board Of Governors of Branksome Hall, and also served as Chair of Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services, a multi-service not-for-profit agency offering a wide range of supportive programs and services to several Toronto, Ontario communities.

James Salem RBC Treasurer & Executive Vice President (former). TD Bank Treasurer (current)
Jim joined RBC in 1989 as a Business Systems Analyst, and held progressively senior roles in Financial Institutions & Trade Group, Corporate Finance & Securitization, and Group Risk Management before moving to Corporate Treasury. Jim became Deputy Treasurer in 2005 and then Group Treasurer, a position he has held since 2009. Throughout his time in Corporate Treasury, Jim made significant contributions in evolving its infrastructure and operating model, including through the implementation of a best-in-class Asset Liability Management (ALM) platform that has been extended to support funds transfer pricing, capital and liquidity risk measurement, and resolution planning. In addition, Jim has overseen the investment management of RBC’s Pension Plan, as well as $78 billion in investment portfolios. Jim was recently appointed Treasurer of TD Bank. Outside of RBC, Jim is equally as respected and sought after across the financial services industry and Toronto community. He is an executive member of the Canadian Treasurers Association, and former president of both the North American Asset Liability and the Canadian Asset Liability Management Associations. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors for the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the Queen’s University Investment Counsel and has been a member of the United Way Major Individual Giving Cabinet since 2009.  Jim is the current Treasurer of TD Bank.
